Nappage Shallow Injections and Fusion Stamp Technique
Often known as the Celebrity red carpet treatment - Mesotherapy is a long-established aesthetic treatment, with outstanding results, that introduces small quantities of products into the skin to prevent and treat signs of ageing and specific skin concerns. The technique can be used on both face and body, to rejuvenate the entire area in a completely natural looking way, regaining youthful looks, shape, elasticity, and a noticeable, beautiful glow.
Mesotherapy provides the skin with a bespoke cocktail of nutrients, e.g., hyaluronic acid, vitamins, minerals, biomimetic peptides, growth factors and amino acids, tailored to the specific skin concern and to boost the skins appearance significantly. We work with you to develop your plan and choose the appropriate infusion based on the desired results. The nutrients are introduced in one (or all) of 3 main ways – Fusion stamp, micro injection (nappage) and/or microneedling. At Devoe Skincare we are fully trained and approved for all three methods. The method chosen will depend on your preference and results desired. The results will show immediately and continue to develop over the following days and weeks with just one treatment, although optimum long-lasting results come from a course of treatments and / or monthly maintenance.
PRP ‘Vampire’ Facial Treatment
PRP, or platelet-rich plasma, has been in use for years to help wounds heal faster by encouraging the growth of new tissue. When injected into the skin for cosmetic purposes, PRP helps to promote collagen production and kick-starts the skin’s regenerative capabilities.
Growth factors in the plasma increase collagen and elastin production, stem cell proliferation and vascular formation. This produces a plumping and tightening effect on the treated area. The skin is rejuvenated and rehydrated, and wrinkles are reduced resulting in a healthy, regenerated glowing complexion that looks smoother and more youthful.
PRP can treat a wide range of skin concerns, including Fine lines and wrinkles, sagging skin, Upper & Lower Eye Area, Dark circles, Acne scars and stretch marks.
Profhilo®
Profhilo® is the first BDDE-free stabilised injectable hyaluronic acid (HA) based product for treating skin laxity. It is a revolutionary, award-winning skin laxity treatment that remodels and boosts the skin on the face, neck, or décolleté. With one of the highest concentrations of HA on the market, it not only boosts and hydrates the skin but also remodels the aging and sagging tissue. Profhilo is not a dermal filler, but a new technology completely.
Profhilo is injected across 10 points on the face, neck, or décolleté and spreads underneath the skin to improve skin tone, texture, hydration, and radiance. Profhilo delivers great results as a treatment on its own or in combination with other aesthetics treatments currently on offer in our clinic.
Thread Lift (Eyes, Mouth & Jawline lift)
The thread lift is most commonly performed under local anaesthesia and the procedure usually takes less than 60 minutes to complete, depending on the number of threads used.
Patients can go home soon after the procedure. It utilizes tiny surgical sutures to lift and support the droopy areas of the brow, cheeks, face, and neck.
Threads have tiny, teeth-like (barb-like) cogs that will grasp on to and lift the soft tissues. The threads are inserted in precise locations using a long needle, and once inserted under the skin, they open in an umbrellalike fashion to form a support structure that gently lifts and repositions the tissues into a more vertical and youthful position. With the lift effect secured, the needle is removed, the end of the thread is cut and knotted, allowing it to retract deep under the skin where it cannot be felt or seen. The non-absorbable threads stay within the deep tissues and provide support. Unlike conventional sutures, which are smooth, threads have tiny teeth-like barbs or cogs that are spaced evenly apart. Once inserted under the skin, they are fixated with tension that creates a suspension effect that gently lifts sagging tissues. Threads are clear so they are not visible under fair or thin skin. There is usually some swelling and bruising which can last several days.
Pain is very minimal.
Anti-Wrinkle Injections
Fine lines can typically be seen between the eyebrows, on the forehead, and around the eyes (crow’s feet). Relaxing facial muscles can reduce and limit the size and depth of facial wrinkles for a more youthful look.
With less movement, the skin surface gradually smooths out and the lines begin to fade. Starting early is one of the best preventative strategies.
Treatment starts to take effect after about 4-7 days, but it takes two weeks to see the full effect of treatment. The effect typically lasts 3-4 months, sometimes longer with consistent treatment.
DERMAL FILLERS
As we age, we naturally loose subcutaneous fat and other tissues with a resultant loss of facial volume. This leads to hollowing of the cheeks and temples, sagging of the skin, and our expression and smile lines become more apparent. The quality of our skin changes: skin tone becomes uneven; the skin becomes less elastic and loses its softness and radiance. LipFiller

Our lips thin as we age, and this volume loss can be replaced with dermal fillers. We can use dermal fillers to augment the upper and lower lip and give you the pout you always wanted.
The procedure takes about 15 minutes and local an aesthetic is used to make the procedure totally painless.
